HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

- To verify the accuracy of the user's information entered by the user, such as identification of the user's identity, and identification of the user
- Use for verification, deposit, and refund according to service provision

- To facilitate the service (such as administration or technical services) provided by Bulldax’s third-party service provider

DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. While we aim to respond to these requests free of charge, we reserve the right to charge you a reasonable fee should your request be repetitive or onerous. You have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your Personal Data. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

We may communicate company news, promotions, and information relating to our products and services provided by Bulldax. We may share Personal Data with our affiliates to send marketing communications. By using our Service, you accept this Privacy Policy and you agree to receive such marketing communications, unless you choose to opt out from these marketing communications. If you change your mind and wish not to receive these communications, please send an email to support@bulldax.com with the subject “MARKETING OPT OUT”. To ensure the quality of our Service, for Service related communications, such as policy/terms updates and operational notifications, you understand you will not be able to opt out of receiving such information.
Matters on the Installation and Operation of Personal Information Automatic Collection Devices (cookies) and Rejection of Cookies

The Company may install and operate cookies that store and frequently retrieve customers’ information through internet services provided by the Company. Cookies mean a string of characters that a web server sends to a web browser to store it there and that is sent back to the server at the request of the server. If a customer accesses the Company’s website, the Company may read the contents of cookies stored at such a customer’s web browser and provide services by searching for additional information, without requiring such a customer to enter such additional information, including his/her/its name.

We take various measures to ensure information security, including ensuring all the visits to Bulldax are SSL encrypted; requiring two-factor authentication for all sessions; conducting periodic review of our Personal Data collection, storage, and processing practices; and ensuring restricted access to your Personal Data on a need-to-know bases for our employees and vendors who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations. The Security of your data is important to us, but you understand and acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

CHILDREN’S POLICY

Bulldax does not provide Service to anyone under the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as “Child” or "Children"). We do not knowingly and intentionally collect the personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take measures to remove that information from our servers.

You understand you are solely responsible for your interactions with other Bulldax users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.
